Yes folks for the second time around our award winning prince of Indie film is facing Acts of lasciviousness and unjust vexation charges this time from co-star Yasmien Kurdi. Just months ago, the same actor faced the same complaint from Yayo and William’s daughter, Patricia Martinez.
In GMA’s upcoming primetime telenovela “Suspetsa” Yasmien and Baron are both the lead stars. According to reports, Baron approached his co-star and without warning: “minanyak si Yasmien, sinilipan, hinipuan, tapos nag-bate sa harap niya” with this, yasmien filed the complaintat Camp Crame, 4:30 late afternoon yesterday.
When we speak of unjust vexation, it simply means harassing our causing trouble without justifiable reasons. In acts of lasciviousness, on the other hand, the acts complained of are promted by lust or lewd design where the victim has not encourage such acts. Meanwhile, Lewd is a term commonly defined as something indecent or obscene; it is characterized by or intended to excite crude sexual desire. That an accused is entertaining a lewd or unchaste design is necessarily a mental process the existence of which can be inferred by overt acts carrying out such intentions.
