Baron Geisler files countersuit vs Patrizha Martinez

Legal Battle Is On

Baron Geisler might be thinking that he will be able to remedy his current situation with Yayo Aguila’s daughter with his latest actions. He had a counter suit filed on Friday unjust vexation charges against Patrizha Maree Martinez who in turn sued him for acts of lasciviousness case.

If one may remember, while Yayo Aguila and her husband William Martinez were in the US for a Vacation, the harassing incident occured. Geisler who was inside a club in Makati late Friday night, April 25th was ccording to Martinez, a very drunk hugged her and asked for sex; he then allegedly touched her face and breasts.

In his counter-suit, the Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Edition 2 ex-housemate denied Martinez’s allegation. He added that the charge filed against him has no basis and is only intended to malign him. He went as far as saying it was she who was making advances at him and initiated physical contact.

Geisler added that it was William Martinez’ child who invited him to go in a bar and kept on pressing her boobs to his body. The ABS-CBN Talent said he got irritated and tried to push Patricia away from him but he accidentally touched her breasts. The Tabing Ilog alumni failed again to show up at the second preliminary hearing at the Department of Justice. His reason was that he already filed his statement last Wednesday. The next hearing will be on July 2.

Geisler added that it was Patrizha who invited her to go in a bar and it was also Patrizha who kept on pressing her boobs to his body. Geisler said he got irritated and tried to push Patricia away from him but he accidentally touched her breasts.

Martinez’ lawyer Salvador Panelo said: “Unjust vexation kasi nairita raw siya at may sexual advances sa kanya. Ang kapal niya! At least inamin na may paghawak sa breast. Magagamit namin yun sa kaso,” he said. Yayo’s only response to Geisler’s countersuit was “I guess it’s his right, I don’t want to comment on anything na. . tuloy-tuloy lang ito.”
