Rudy Fernandez was laid to rest last Thursday, yet his burial proved that his life will be immortalized in the minds of the huge crowd who came to witnessed the event. There were many celebrities present and among these were former couples. Did they come across each other?

The first ex-couple was Kris Aquino and Philip Salvador, the father of her son Josh. The Wheel Of Fortune went there to anchor ABS-CBN’s live coverage while Philip was there as Rudy’s best showbiz buddies together with Sens. Jinggoy Estrada and Bong Revilla, Jr.

He came with wife. Kris was many meters away from the burial site. There was no reunion whatsoever because she did not linger, leaving as soon as she finished work. I just wondered if she could have stayed if Joey De Leon was there?

Gabby Concepcion was clueless when asked if he saw ex-wife Sharon Cuneta at Heritage Park. But at least he was nice enough in his answer when asked what he could have done if he did met up with her. He said he’d greet her “Hello” and take it from there.

For your information, guys, it was Rudy who introduced Gabby to Mommy Rose Flaminiano in Hawaii. This actually paved the way for his showbiz comeback. If Rudy made the likes of Bong Revilla and Jinggoy Estrada to kiss and make up, he probably can start the way of reconciliation for Sharon & Gabby given more time I guess.
