When all have believed that it might just be a gimmick the two have spawned to rejuvenate their careers, more revelations come pouring in. When Heart confessed about their break-up, she said it was Echo who broke up with her. But it seems Echo knows otherwise.

Actor Jericho Rosales was surprised when he learned about the news that Heart Evangelista, his girlfriend of three years, had broken up with him on television. “Sad news and there has been a big mistake. I myself am confused,” said the actor when he arrived in the country yesterday (May 8) for a two-day break before he flies back to Malaysia and resumes taping for his upcoming teleserye.

“I heard nakipag-break siya sa akin on TV. That’s what happened. On text (message), it wasn’t clear.” He added that there was no formal breakup. He dispelled rumors about a third party that led Heart to call it quits. “Definitely not. I don’t know about any third party and whoever is creating these things.I love Heart,” he stressed.

“I mean, I’m a guy. I could have done anything, di ba? I was so far away (from her). I had so many chances to (do bad things) but I saved my heart for Heart.” Echo suspects that people around Heart could have influenced her decision. He challenged them to prove such allegations against him. “People can be victims of lies, of deceits,” he said.

Echo says he’s just fixing his schedule and will immediately find time to talk to his allegedly ex-girlfriend. Now, what will Heart say now? Is it true that Heart’s father is the master mind behind all of these?

    correction: heart said on 24 oras and showbiz central that “it’s finished…i broke up with him.”

    jericho is shocked bec heart did get the guts to break up with him. he thought she wouldn’t be able to leave him. or live without him. cristy fermin confirmed that there was indeed a 3rd party on the part of jericho. but not with the malaysian actress. someone else. but of course if jericho chooses not to call that a 3rd party but just a fling and nothing serious for heart to break off with him just like that then that’s his problem. the girl was faithful to him. and he returns this faithfulness with a fling. hello, this is the 21st century. he’s not the only fish in the ocean.

    yes, technically it was heart who broke up with him..
    whether it may be due to a 3rd party or maybe not, she did broke up with him on NATIONAL TELEVISION
    now is that correct?
    and if there is really a someone else in the story she should have been revealed by Heart by now
    at least to justify her actions..

    I think Heart is telling the truth, she was hurt and who knows maybe he was flirting with Carmen Soo in Malaysia. Heart said a lot of people were telling her what was going on. I think maybe they kind of outgrew each other. Distance is a true test of a relationship, you have to really trust each other.
