May 28 was a very emotional day for Lani Mercado and daughter Inah Revilla. The first was celebrating the wedding anniversary and was being the usual mother of the bride. Inah, on the other hand finally tied the knot with the father of the baby she is carrying.

There was an audio-visual presentation of the couple’s love story with a funny intro of Vince, in Bong’s costume from the movie Agimat, rescuing the damsel Inah. The Revillas did an AVP relaying their wishes for the newlyweds.

Principal sponsors were Senate President Manny Villar, Senators Pia Cayetano, Mar Roxas, Atty. Felipe Gozon, Charo Santos-Concio, Manny Pangilinan, Congresswoman Imee Marcos, Precy Ejercito, Luli Arroyo at Arlene de Castro. Sharon Cuneta failed to come in the wedding though.

A grand reception follows at the Rizal Ballroom of the Makati Shangri-La Hotel.
