Who’s Using Who?

With Angel Locsin, since being a certified Kapamilya, had been replaced by Marian Rivera as the new Kapuso princess. But where does the replacing ends? Is it true that Marian is hacking Angel’s projects and endorsements?

Recently, the Marimar alumni had signed up a contract to be the new endorser of JAG. It used to be endorsed by the Lobo leading lady. What irks many is that why is Marian’s camp slanting more publicity over the said replacement? Is this just a way to divert things as Marian is drowned currently of negative publicity because of her Youtube scandals.

What these Marian fanatics do not know is that Angel left JAG for a bigger endorsement in a much famous clothing line. Angel went for it as it has complete offerings from accessories to dresses apart from jeans. In fact the endorsement will have a launching on June 21 at Trinoma. The huge billboard of Angel will also be unveiled at the same day on EDSA.

If Marian replaced someone not as famous as Angel, it would not be deeply publicized. Isn’t this an evidence that the Dyesebel’s camp is using her rival’s popularity to gain more sympathy she is currently in need because of her supposed scandals. Is this really a way to divert the obviously no breeding attitude Marian had shown in her videos?

Because as we see, the lame reason of Marian being a Caviteña was not bought by many. Because that’s generalization really. Not all Caviteñas are war freaks that’s why. I guess there should be no comparison because they are not even in the same level anyhow. Marian is just experiencing what Angel had already surpassed.

Yes, you are correct Marian Rivera is just using Angel Locsin to have her a publicity. Now,lots of people even her kababyans and Co-Lasallista are not in favor of her. She has no breeding and “mal-educado” ang dating.

When I started reading this- I thought I’ld be reading an intelligent feature on these actresses. Reading further though, I realized that this is just another piece of biased crap sided on angel’s camp.
I’m no fan of Marian’s (in fact I think Angel’s really sexy)- but if I were in her shoes, I’ld probably flare up, too, the way that guy treated her. There may be two kinds of women- the meek (who, sad to say, become just plain ‘push-overs’ in the presence of bullies) and the fighters. I will not be a ‘PUSH-OVER’.
I can’t believe these hypocrites judging Marian for defending herself. If popularity was over her heard- I’m sure she would have not forgotten to ‘play safe’ in such an incident, at nagapa ‘tweetums’ na lang sana, knowing that she’ll definitely get attention . But she’s no hypocrite.

Kung kayo kaya ang binastos? And don’t give me that crap na dapat nagpigil siya because she’s a public figure. Kaya nga puno ng kaplastikan sa showbiz & politics dahil jan…

Yep, I agree. Marian is so Average with Class C,D,E Demographics for FANS. Marian looked like a joke compared to that Glamorous Ms Angel. DOnt use Angel for your publicity, be happee with ur projects bcoz angel is obviously at home now in ch2

at this moment, no one is actually writing intelligent features about marian..why?because there is nothing to write about anyways..her show night be top rated but speaking of quality,since when did someone praised marian’s acting ability?unlike angel who has been getting good feedbacks because of lobo..she herself admitted that she has never been commended acting wise before..if marian is popular right now it because of her sex appeal no more no less..i hope it last..but with the way things are going for her, i hope she prays hard that she’ll still be on top..besides don’t give us the crap that she is only being true..one can be truthful without loosing common sense? where was that when she needed it?hello, don’t they have good manners and right conduct in la salle? and does being a caviteña gives someone the license to be a warfreak? come on, everybody knows she mishandled that taping incident bad..hypocrisy becomes you if you keep on defending Marian for the same lame reason that she’s human..we respect your opinion so please do so in return..

Yeah, I agree with Denise. We can all choose to be civil in every situation. And that’s what Marian forgot when she made a fight with a fan. That’s actually being fair for her..hahaha.. Civilized people will always be civil, in sense and in actions..

Furthermore, lemme just comment on Marian’s acting prowess. First of all, i don’t think marian would be on the spotlight if not for Marimar which was a smashed hit globally.. Who doesn’t know Marimar , portrayed by Thalia , who has this natural charm that even if it was aired by a non popular TV network surpassed all shows of it’s genre? Marian was given chances to play different roles, from noontime to even primetime. But, was she noticed? A big no!!!Not even her beauty nor her acting ability.. So what made her popular? It’s not her being herself but the projects given to her especially marimar which is already a smashed hit way back before it was remade…

Compared to Angel, just watch Lobo and compare her to MArian

Hahaha this article is illogical:

Advertisers choose Marian as their endorsers not the other way around. So no such thing as hacking angel’s projects and endorsements.

The taray video is non-sense. When you confront someone doesn’t automatically mean you are less educated. Cmon get real people, it’s natural. Di lahat ng tao mabait, may palaban talaga, like officemates ko Cavitenia rin medyo matapang although di naman lahat, pero meron talaga, that’s a fact. Being palaban does not constitute as wala ka na pinag aralan.

Mas sikat tlaga si Marian compared kay Angel. Eh si KC na nga binibuild up ng ABS CBN. They even bend to tie-up w/ GMA 7 makapartner lang si Richard Guttierez.

At kung sikat si Angel eh di sana siya ung last year FHM’s sexiest but Katrina Halili was sexiest for 2 years. Eh lately nalang sya nagpasexy sa lobo.

When it comes to acting, nag improve si Angel sa drama pero sablay sa comedy, she can’t deliver it well.

For Marian dahil fantaserye ang Dyesebel, light drama at comedy which she delivers naturally. Di pilit ang acting nya kasi light drama at comedy lang.

Hindi ba kayo nag-aral ng qualitative and operations research mga guyz??? Hindi mag-ririsk ang mga advertisers at company sa pagkuha ng isang talent na hindi na hot sa “trends” at ng mga masa. It is such a waste of money noh!!! Last month naman, ay nagtraitraining sina piolo at angel ng horseback riding dahil kailangan ito sa pelikula nila.SI angel locsin ngayon ay nagshooshooting para sa kanyang movie na ipapalabas ngayon nobyembre. ngayon nandoon sila piolo pascual sa bukidnon para magshoot. At maybe next month pupunta na sila sa Australia para sa scenes ng kalahating part ng movie nila.

Tales from the Piolo Pascual - Angel Locsin movie shoot

Three weeks after the entire cast of the tentatively titled “Land Down Under” movie arrived here in the Province of Bukidnon, the Piolo Pascual and Angel Locsin Bukidnon cowboy movie fever is still on.

Several exciting tales, funny anecdotes and clearly soon-to-be urban legends have begun to sprout.

From university students who still seem to be tickled pink because Piolo smiled at them to teachers who pretended not to care when they saw Piolo at a restaurant (but excitedly shared their experience with fellow teachers and to their eager students) to a local family that got a substantial amount of money in exchange for his humble bahay kubo, the tales have spread and the locals merrily discuss the stories every single day.

Naturally, the Municipality of Impasug-ong, noted as the “Home of the Country’s Finest Cowboys,” is the main/top beneficiary of all these. Impasug-ong, which, by the way, was initially wrongly referred to as “Pasugong,” plays host to the cast and provides most of the scenic shots for the film.

ABS-CBN’s movie outfit, Star Cinema, paid local taxes. A lot of local residents and even students from the City of Malaybalay, some 15 minutes away from Impasug-ong, also got the chance of a lifetime to work as extras and doubles.

“Kuyawan gyud ko kay Piolo and Angel gud na. Sa Lobo…sa TV ra ko makakita nila before but karon nahatagan ko ug chance na makit-an sila up close (I was really very nervous because it meant working alongside Piolo and Angel. Before, I only watched them on TV, on Lobo ["Lobo" was Pascual and Locsin's teleserye via ABS-CBN], but today I was given the chance to see them up close,” bared a Bukidnon State University student named Loida, who considered herself very lucky to have been cast as one of the extras.

A farmer also divulged that he was paid a substantial amount in exchange for his shanty. The farmer said that the Star Cinema production team had to “renovate” his shanty and would need to use it during their stay in Bukidnon. The farmer said that his shanty would serve as the main bahay kubo for the film. He said that he’s very excited to not only see his “renovated” home on the big screen but to stay in his new home as well, which now reportedly looks new and has a lot of concreted parts.

The movie was also shot in Barangay Dalwangan, Malaybalay City, where the Northern Mindanao Integrated Agricultural Research Center is located.

A clearly mesmerized employee shared that she did not expect to see her idols that day. “Guwapa kaayo si Angel and Piolo is so handsome! They looked down to earth and wala gyuy kiyeme (Angel is so beautiful and Piolo is so handsome. They looked down to earth and wala talagang kiyeme),” she said.

She said that she didn’t know anybody in Bukidnon but that didn’t stop her from coming over. “I know I will never have this chance to see Piolo and Angel again. Thankfully, my parents let me travel,” she said.

Another fan from Cagayan de Oro City, Mai, said that she and her friends staked out at the local hotel where the cast stayed. “We ate breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant just so we can catch them,” she shared.

She said that she and her friends were able to see Piolo that day and have their pictures taken with him. “Bago pa siyang gising but he readily accommodated us,” she said.

This week will be the “Land Down Under” cast’s final week in Bukidnon. They arrived last August 28 and is only set to stay for 28 days. The cast will then fly to Darwin, Australia.

Kaya hindi siya isinama sa top endorsers kase hindi gusto ng mga advertisers si Angel Locsin.. Alam mo ba kung bakit? Also kinuha siya ng ABS-CBN, ni-repackage ang “lalola” mo, but then again di masyadong nag-”click”… aba nag-plug pa pala ako ng show ng gma… ehehe… In layman’s term… Walang napigang pera ang ABS-CBN kay Angel Locsin.. Kaya ayun wala nang kasunod ang teleserye niyang LOBO kahit mayroong kasunod na pelikula, in fairness ang tagal ng GAP bago sundan ito.. Pinag-aaralan kase ng ABS-CBN ang gagawin sa nalalaos na talent na si Angel Locsin…

Hanggang movie na lang? For your info ang isang pelikula ay napaka-ikli ang lifespan at madaling makalimutan ng tao compared sa isang tv series…

hey guys.. both of thier teleserye is remade.. lobo from wolf and marimar is from marimar.. i’m not a fan of marian neither of angel.. but come to think of it.. wala naman talagang utang naloob si angel e.. right.. after pasikatin.. what did she do.. iniwan sa ere and gma.. panget db..
