Reggie Ramirez, Rolando Permangil, and 3 Others Shine in PGT March 20 episode
March 20, 2010 episode – These are some of the Pilipinas Got Talent auditioners who made it through to the next round.
Xavier University Cultural Dance Group (Agusan) gave out a culturally rich performance that once again has that ‘worldclass’ factor.
Princess Christine Ybanez (Mandaue Cebu City) received brilliant remarks from the judges as she surprised everyone with her techno violin piece.
Reggie Ramirez (Matina, Davao City) got affirmative votes from the three judges because of his outstanding doble kara audition. Reggie was able to finish his song because the judges were just so into it. FMG added ‘ang ganda ng legs nya’ which made Ai-Ai laugh astonishingly.
We’ve seen kids perform ‘Ben’ by Michael Jackson in different singing contests before. Adding to that is Rheniel (I forgot where he came from) who the judges in all praises for him. He received 3 yeses.
Rolando Permangil (Davao City) has both the powerful voice and the life story to stir the hearts of everyone. His wife left him with their three children. He has a visually impaired father, a situation that pushed him to help other people with the same impairment. Rolando sang ‘Ikaw ang Aking Pangarap’ by Martin Nievera and gave out such an amazing perfomance. A very powerful ending for this episode.
