Movie Outfit Breaks Silence

Judy Ann Santos could have frankly said that she has a “tampo” in her home studio rather than hinting so much cause it’s really obvious that she feels bad that her movie “Ploning” and “When Love Begins” will be shown on the same date.

A spokesperson from Star Cinema had said that they’ve kept their silence for the longest time in deference to Juday. The sister company of ABS-CBN further stressed that they thought it’s high time that the people know the real score and the actress too for she might be misinformed about the whole thing.

The truth according to them is that as early as June 2007 they have already a booking for April 30, 2008. Judy Ann’s movie, “Ploning” had theirs only by October also of last year. Star Cinema could not have moved from the said playdate because it has been agreed upon and the movie outfit also has a quota to follow.

They affirmed the news that the producers of “Ploning” came to them for the distribution of the movie. They cannot just distribute the movie for the same reasons. They even requested that the Juday starrer be moved the next month since it’s the young superstar’s birth month. But the people behind “Ploning” declined.

At least, Juday’s home studio went as far as helping her promote the movie. She had a tribute last Sunday in ASAP 08. She was supposed to have a guesting in the other shows of the network but there were conflicts in her schedule.
