Zanjoe Marudo was all the knight in shining armor Mariel Rodriguez needs in these times that is plagued with intrigues. The latest is that of her supposed abortion. What does the Coverboy has to say on this issue?

The hunk actor immediately defended his “special friend” Mariel Rodriguez on the rumors about her abortion. This was in an interview during the cast pictorial of the upcoming fantaserye Dyosa where Zanjoe plays one of Anne Curtis’s leading men.

He also denied the beeps that he allegedly impreganated Mariel and the latter decided to have an abortion during a recent Wowowee show in Hawaii. Zanjoe surprised by the existence of such rumor emphasized that Mariel was so busy being seen on TV everyday that she could not have had time to have the alleged abortion.

Despite all the negative issues, Zanjoe remains happy with his relationship with Mariel. He is sure that Mariel will have a difficult time to deal with such intrigue because the tv host-actress is the type that can be easily affected by such not so positive news about her. Still, the hunk promised to guide her as a friend.
